Panoramic RC10 Padel Court

The 20×10 m court is made of galvanized steel structure, painted or coated with epoxy-polyester resin, baked in an oven according to the technical specification characteristics.

Galvanized electrowelded mesh 50x50x4mm, supplied without internal protrusions. Frame connections use threaded studs, washers, and rounded blind stainless steel nuts. Double entrance doors with an opening of 1.10 cm.

The kit includes posts and net, fully finished in accordance with FIP material usage approvals.
Optional custom corner finishing, beams made of galvanized profile tube 140x60x2.

Sides 80.60.2 with an intermediate height of 3 m, anchor plates 300x180x10 mm and 200x190x10 mm with 10 mm sheet metal spacers, with M14 or higher screws and metal anchors at least 140 mm long.

Fastening to the floor with “dowel-screw” type anchors or similar, metal brackets to reinforce the structure up to 0.5 m high at the base of the glass support posts, horizontal crossbars at 1 m and 2 m height measuring 30x30x2 mm for anti-panel reinforcement, top sealing of posts with PVC caps.

Certified 12 mm tempered glass for panoramic back walls and side walls. As for the side glass, this court can be equipped with 2 large 2x3m windows, the same size as the back walls, or a traditional system.

All are installed on 5 mm neoprene to reduce vibrations and breakage. All tempered glass is manufactured using a standardized production process and in accordance with UNE EN 12150-1 standard.

Advantages of tempered glass:

• Ability to withstand tensile loads, with higher resistance than annealed glass.
• In case of breakage, tempered glass breaks into small fragments that do not cause severe cuts or lacerations, unlike the sharp edges of small pieces of annealed glass.
• These characteristics make tempered glass a good choice for human safety, especially because it does not shatter into sharp or large fragments.
• The mechanical strength of tempered glass is four times higher than that of annealed glass.

Metal elements are coated with thermosetting polyester powder paint based on polyester resins. This coating, in the color desired by the client, provides these elements with good resistance to corrosion and UV rays, as well as high resistance to mechanical stress.

After electrostatic application of powder paint to the material surface, products enter an oven where they are heated to a temperature of 180ºC-200ºC, initiating polymerization.

In coastal/marine areas, where salt fog forms, which creates conditions with a high risk of corrosion due to wind (especially within the first 100 m), we apply a cold galvanizing coating and marine primer.

The structure can be painted in a RAL color chosen by the client; optionally, the court can be painted in 2 shades, for example, the projector legs can be a different color.

10 mm textured surface, an artificial turf used on the central courts of major professional tournaments worldwide, characterized by the textured effect of its fibers, providing greater rotational and longitudinal traction.

This increases grip and, therefore, improves safety and performance during movements. Ideal for indoor use and professional tournaments.

12 mm monofilament – latest generation artificial straight grass. This type of surface is ideal for outdoor use due to its composition and fast drainage.

This turf is also recommended for use in high-temperature conditions. Thanks to its properties, it withstands heat better, retaining its structure and characteristics even on the hottest days.

Available in four official colors approved by the International Padel Federation: blue, green, orange/clay, and black.

LED lighting with 8 spotlights of 200 W each is specially designed for our padel courts. To increase lighting efficiency, it is possible to either increase the number of lamps or choose more powerful ones.

According to NIDE standards, lighting on a padel court must be uniform so as not to interfere with players, referees, and spectators.

Our lighting systems comply with the UNE EN 12193 standard, which defines lighting requirements for sports facilities.

Various luminaire designs are available, including curved, Z-shaped, and straight configurations, providing flexibility for different court layouts and lighting needs.
