Certified 12 mm thick tempered glass for panoramic backdrops and side walls. Regarding the side glass, this court can be equipped with 2 large glass panels measuring 2×3 m, the same size as the backdrops, or a traditional system; all are installed on 5 mm neoprene to reduce vibrations and damage. All are installed on 5 mm neoprene to reduce vibrations and breakages.
All this tempered glass is manufactured using a standardized production process in accordance with the UNE EN 12150-1 standard.
In case of breakage, tempered glass shatters into small fragments that do not cause severe cuts or lacerations, unlike the sharp edges of small pieces of annealed glass. These characteristics make tempered glass a good choice for personal safety, especially because it does not break into sharp or large fragments.
Tempered glass has four times the mechanical strength of annealed glass.
Metal elements are coated with thermosetting polyester powder paint based on polyester resins. Such a coating, in the color desired by the client, provides these elements with good resistance to corrosion and UV rays, as well as high resistance to mechanical impacts.
After the powder paint has been electrostatically applied to the material surface, the parts enter an oven where they are heated to a temperature of 180ºC-200ºC, where polymerization occurs. In coastal/marine areas, where salt spray is formed and carried by the wind, conditions with a high risk of corrosion arise (especially within the first 100 m).
We apply a complex of additional measures that include protecting the metallic structure of the court from corrosion.
Customization: The structure can be painted in a RAL color chosen by the client; optionally, the court can be painted in 2 tones, for example, the projector supports can be painted in a different color.
We work with QUALICOAT certified paint, which is a quality mark responsible for maintaining and improving the quality of coatings on aluminum substrates and their alloys for architectural applications.

Padel Court Illumination
The FIP Official Court features a unique luminaire design used exclusively for this court model.
LED lighting with 8 spotlights of 200 W is specially designed for our padel courts. To improve lighting efficiency, the number of lamps can be increased or their power can be enhanced.
According to NIDE standards, court lighting must be uniform and not obstruct the vision of players, referees, or spectators.
We comply with the UNE EN 12193 Lighting of sports facilities standard.
Advantages of LED projectors for padel courts:
Instantaneous activation, allowing maximum efficient use of a player’s time on the court, unlike traditional halogen projectors which require time to reach maximum brightness.
Low heat emission, highly recommended for indoor padel courts due to their reduced size.
Compliance with lighting regulations of the Spanish Padel Federation, the International Padel Federation, and the World Padel Tour.
Energy saving, our LED projectors save up to 65% energy compared to traditional halogen projectors.
