This court model can be either fixed or portable. The portable version allows installation in other sports facilities.

The padel court enclosure consists of a self-supporting structure that includes structural tubes secured and anchored by two lower and upper perimeter rings.

The upper ultra-thin ring is reinforced with a 5 mm steel sheet.

The steel components are galvanized, and the structure is coated with baked epoxy polyester resin.

The galvanized electro-welded mesh has dimensions of 50x50x4 mm and is supplied without protrusions.

The frames are made using structural plates according to specifications, with three horizontal crossbars made of 40×5 mm plates to prevent bending (ensuring the structure’s stability under weight).

The metal elements are coated with a thermosetting polyester powder paint made from polyester resins.

In coastal and saline environments, we treat the structure with an additional two-layer primer made of pure epoxy, which is then covered with a powder or liquid coating.

This is a top-quality coating that meets the highest standards and requirements and is QUALICOAT certified.

In gold color Premier Padel or in black color, it provides these elements with excellent resistance to corrosion and ultraviolet rays, as well as high resistance to mechanical stress.

Certified 12 mm tempered glass for panoramic back walls and sides.

Side and lower glass panels measure 2×3 m.

All are installed on 5 mm neoprene to reduce vibration and prevent breakage.

The production of this tempered glass is carried out using a standardized manufacturing process in accordance with the UNE EN 12150-1 standard.

New 10 mm textured artificial turf, specially designed for this court.

This type of turf is used on the central courts of major professional Premier Padel tournaments, known for its enhanced spin and longitudinal grip capabilities.

Eight linear LED floodlights of 200 W each, providing high-quality illumination and featuring a unique design reminiscent of half a racket, created by MejorSet.

According to NIDE standards, the lighting on the padel court is designed to be uniform, ensuring that it does not interfere with the visibility of players, referees, or spectators.
Our lighting systems comply with the UNE EN 12193 standard, which defines the lighting requirements for sports facilities.

The Premier Padel Court model includes exit protectors, a net protector, and an entry plate with the Premier Padel branding.
