X-Treme Padel Court
Unique Premium Court Resistant to Hurricanes
X-Treme Court
The X-Treme padel court was developed by MejorSet engineers to provide maximum visibility, aesthetic design, and resistance to strong and tropical winds, as well as hurricanes.
This court withstands wind gusts up to 265 km/h or 165 mph, certified by American and European organizations.
Thanks to a special anti-corrosion primer and Magnelis steel reinforcements, this court is suitable for use in the USA, as well as in Central American countries like Mexico, or Oceania, such as Australia.
- A stationary outdoor padel court, resistant to the strongest winds.
- Includes custom protection for the entrance, net, and entrance finishing.
- Laser cutting technology: Designed to drain moisture and prevent rust.
- European certification EURCODE 2
- American certification according to the Florida Building Code (7th edition), 2020; ASTM e1300, and the American Society of Civil Engineers, 7-16.
The court fence is a self-supporting structure consisting of structural tubing, enclosed and secured by two lower and upper rings around the perimeter. The upper ring, measuring 350x250x6, is designed to withstand winds up to 265 km/h (165 mph), while the lower ring is made of 2.5 mm Mejoset-type structural plate.
The materials used include galvanized steel, treated with a zinc primer, and the structure is coated with C5 certified epoxy polyester resin for additional durability in demanding operating conditions.
The galvanized electrically welded mesh, measuring 50x50x4 mm, is supplied without protrusions, and the frames are formed from structural plates with thickness according to specifications.
Additionally, there are two horizontal tubular crossbars designed to prevent the structure from bending under weight.
Side intermediate posts, made of 100x50x3 mm tubing, provide support for the frames.

Length: 20 m (internal court dimensions) 20.40 m (external court dimensions)
Width: 10 m (internal court dimensions) 10.40 m (external court dimensions).

Thanks to special tempered glass, this court can withstand wind gusts up to 265 km/h or 165 mph.
The side and bottom glass panels, measuring 2×3 m, are installed on 5 mm neoprene to minimize vibrations and reduce the risk of breakage. The manufacturing process for all these tempered glass panels complies with a standardized production process according to UNE EN 12150-1 standards.
For secure fastening of the four glass panels to the floor, we use a 2.5 mm thick Magnelis carbon steel sheet, coated on both sides with a zinc-aluminum-magnesium alloy.
Metal elements are coated with thermosetting polyester powder paint based on polyester resins.
This coating, QUALICOAT certified and available in the client’s desired color, provides these elements with excellent resistance to corrosion and UV rays, as well as high resistance to mechanical impacts.
In coastal and saline environments, we treat the structure with an additional two-layer pure epoxy primer, which is then covered with a powder or liquid finish.

For the X-Treme court, 12 mm monofilament turf is used by default, available in 4 official colors accepted by the International Padel Federation: blue, green, orange/clay, black, and purple.
We also offer a new 10 mm textured turf, used on the central courts of major professional tournaments worldwide. It stands out for the textured effect of its filaments, which provides greater rotational and and longitudinal traction, increasing grip, safety, and efficiency of movements.
Court lighting is provided by tubular outdoor luminaires 50×50 mm, which can be straight, curved, or Z-shaped.
2 mm Magnelis crossbars, 1 meter, 1.4 meters, and 2 meters long, are used to mount the luminaires. These brackets are ideal for providing optimal court lighting.
LED lighting with 8 spotlights of 200 W is specially designed for our padel courts. To improve lighting efficiency, the number of lamps can be increased or their power can be boosted.
According to NIDE standards, court lighting must be uniform and should not hinder the vision of players, the referee team, or spectators.
We adhere to the UNE EN 12193 standard “Lighting of sports facilities.”
