V-PRO Classic Padel Court

The court measures 20×10 m. It is constructed from galvanized steel, painted or coated with baked polyester epoxy resin in accordance with the technical specification.

Electrically welded galvanized mesh 50x50x4 mm, supplied without internal protrusions. Frame connections are made with threaded studs, washers, and rounded cap nuts of stainless steel.

Hollow double entrance doors measure 1.10 cm. Level posts, mesh. Finish according to FIP material approval provisions.

Posts 80.60.2 at the bottom and sides, as well as double L-shaped posts 70.30.2 at the corners with a height of 4 m with individual flush corner finishing, and 80.60.2 on intermediate posts with a height of 3 m.

Anchor plates 300x180x10 mm and 200x190x10 mm with 10 mm thick sheet metal brackets, with M14 or larger screws and metal anchors at least 140 mm long.

Fastening to the floor using “hilti” type anchors or similar, with metal reinforcement brackets up to 0.5 meters high based on glass support posts, horizontal crossbars 1 m and 2 m 30x30x2 mm to prevent deflection, and sealing the top of the posts with PVC caps.

Homologated 10 mm tempered glass, secured with 5 mm neoprene to reduce vibrations and damage.

All this tempered glass is manufactured using a standardized production process and complies with the UNE EN 12150-1 standard.

Advantages of tempered glass:

• Ability to withstand tensile loads, with higher resistance than annealed glass.
• In case of breakage, tempered glass shatters into small fragments that do not cause severe cuts or lacerations, unlike the sharp edges of small pieces of annealed glass.
• These characteristics make tempered glass a good choice for people’s safety, especially because it does not shatter into sharp or large fragments.
• The mechanical strength of tempered glass is four times greater than that of annealed glass.

Metal elements are coated with thermosetting polyester powder paint based on polyester resins. Such a coating, in the color desired by the client, provides these elements with good resistance to corrosion and UV rays, as well as high resistance to mechanical impacts.

After electrostatic application of the powder paint to the material surface, the products enter an oven where they are heated to a temperature of 180ºC-200ºC, at which polymerization occurs.

In coastal/marine areas, where salt fog forms, which creates conditions with a high risk of corrosion under wind action (especially within the first 100 m), we apply a complex of additional measures that include protecting the track’s metal structure from corrosion.

The structure can be painted according to the client’s chosen RAL color; optionally, the track can be painted in 2 shades, for example, the projector legs can be in a different color.

12 mm monofilament – latest generation artificial straight grass.

It has fast drainage capabilities; water is drained through special holes in the surface, allowing play to resume in the shortest possible time.

This ensures the continuity of training and competitions, even in unfavorable weather conditions.

This surface is also recommended for use in high-temperature conditions. Thanks to its properties, it better withstands heat, retaining its structure and characteristics even on the hottest days.

Available in four official colors accepted by the International Padel Federation: blue, green, orange/clay, and black.

LED lighting with 8 spotlights of 200 W each is specially designed for our padel courts. To increase lighting efficiency, you can either increase the number of lamps or choose more powerful ones.

According to NIDE standards, lighting on the padel court must be uniform so as not to disturb players, the referee team, and spectators.

Our lighting systems comply with the UNE EN 12193 standard, which defines lighting requirements for sports facilities.

Various luminaire designs are available, including curved, Z-shaped, and straight configurations, providing flexibility for different court plans and lighting needs.
