The court enclosure is a self-supporting structure made of structural tubing, closed and secured by two lower and upper perimeter rings, fabricated from 5 mm thick sheet metal.

Galvanized steel, painted or coated with baked epoxy polyester resin.

Electrically welded galvanized mesh 50x50x4mm supplied without protrusions.

Frames formed from 2 mm thick structural tubing according to specifications, with 3 horizontal flat bar crossbars 40×5 mm.

To prevent bending, we utilize a premium coating that provides an ideal view without any structural elements around the glass perimeter, featuring custom elements on doorposts and structural components.

Certified 12 mm thick tempered glass for panoramic backdrops and side windows. As for the side windows, this court can accommodate 2 large windows measuring 2×3 m, of the same size as the lower section or in a traditional system.

All panels are installed on 5 mm neoprene to reduce vibrations and breakages. All tempered glass is manufactured using a standardized production process and complies with the UNE EN 12150-1 standard.

Advantages of tempered glass:

• Ability to withstand tensile loads, with higher resistance than annealed glass.
• In case of breakage, tempered glass shatters into small fragments that do not cause severe cuts or lacerations, unlike the sharp edges of small pieces of annealed glass.
• These characteristics make tempered glass a good choice for human safety, especially because it does not break into sharp or large fragments.
• The mechanical strength of tempered glass is four times that of annealed glass.

Metal elements are coated with thermosetting powder polyester paint based on polyester resins. Such a coating, in the color desired by the client, provides these elements with good resistance to corrosion and UV rays, as well as high resistance to mechanical impacts.

• After electrostatic application of powder paint to the material surface, the products enter an oven where they are heated to a temperature of 180ºC-200ºC, during which polymerization occurs.
• In coastal/marine areas, where salt spray is formed and driven by wind, creating conditions with a high risk of corrosion (especially within the first 100 m), we apply a complex of additional measures that include protecting the metallic structure of the court from corrosion.
• The structure can be painted according to the client’s chosen RAL color; optionally, the court can be painted in 2 shades, for example, the projector legs can be in a different color.

12 mm monofilament – latest generation artificial straight turf.

This type of surface is ideal for outdoor use due to its composition and rapid drainage.

This surface is also recommended for use in high-temperature conditions. Thanks to its properties, it better withstands heat, retaining its structure and characteristics even on the hottest days.

Available in 4 official colors approved by the International Padel Federation: blue, green, orange/clay, and black.

10 mm textured surface, artificial turf used on the central courts of major professional tournaments worldwide. Ideal for indoor use and especially recommended for professional tournaments.

Linear LED lighting with 8 spotlights of 200 W is specially designed for our padel courts.

According to NIDE standards, court lighting will be uniform and will not interfere with players, referees, or spectators.
